Right to withdraw

You may withdraw from a contract concluded on the site, without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days. The period starts on the day you, or a person you named (not the carrier), receive the goods. If the order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from the day the last part is received.

The shop does not introduce its own exceptions to the right of withdrawal, including for yarn sold by weight.

How to withdraw

Tell the seller of your decision before the 14 days end: by e-mail, by phone followed by written confirmation, or by filling in the model form below. It is enough to send the notice before the period ends.

The seller will immediately confirm receipt of your notice in electronic form.

Returning the goods

Return the goods without delay and no later than 7 calendar days after you told the seller about the withdrawal. You can hand the goods to the seller at the shop (16 Zubalashvili Street, Batumi) or send them by a carrier.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer: you learn this before ordering from this page. You are liable only for a reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

The seller will refund all payments, including the cost of standard delivery, without delay and no later than 14 calendar days after learning of your withdrawal. The refund is made by the same means you paid with unless you agree to another means without additional cost.

The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. If you chose a more expensive delivery than the standard one, the seller does not refund the difference.

Goods that do not conform to the contract

Your rights where the goods do not conform to the contract (free repair or replacement, price reduction, withdrawal, damages) do not depend on the right of withdrawal and are described in the terms of sale. The seller bears the cost of delivering such goods for repair or replacement.

Exchanges

An exchange for another item at the buyer's wish is possible by agreement with the seller. Replacement of non-conforming goods is made free of charge as the law provides.
